Springdale Farm has many attractions for people of all ages to enjoy! Attractions often change from one season to the next, so make sure you come back again to see what's new.
Barnyard Animals: Say hello to Springdale’s many furry and feathered friends! Our farm has many different types of animals, including horses, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, peacocks, bunnies and more - even American Miniature Horses!
Petting Zoo: The Petting Zoo offers more opportunities for visitors to pet friendly barnyard animals. Goats and rabbits are typically in the Zoo but other animals are there on certain days, such as American Miniature Horses, lambs and piglets. Admission $1 per person.
Duck Pond and Nature Trails: When visitors take the path north of the farm, they pass a small apple orchard, Farmer Joe’s garden, and arrive at a picturesque duck pond featuring a handicapped-accessible fishing dock. If they continue on the path up the hill, they will reach Springdale’s 2.5 miles of woodland nature trails.
Greenhouse: Visitors can visit the greenhouse which features plants that are gorwn by adults with developmental disabilties who attend the day program at the farm. Plants are for sale seasonally. (Closed during winter months.)
Playground & Pavilion: Kids love Springdale Farm’s playground, conveniently located next to the picnic pavilion. The pavilion is also a great place to hold a family or organization gathering, with room for up to 100 people under its roof.
Dairy Barn: The dairy barn is home to 60 cows and the region's first robotic milking system. To learn more, visit the Riedman Robotic Milking Center page. Admission is $3 adults (ages 12-62), $2 for youth (ages 3-11) and Seniors (63+).
