Making a Reservation
There is an application process that requires a current (within one year) physical and PPD (tuberculin test) and an up to date Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Eligibility must have been established through OMRDD/Finger Lakes DDSO. Dates are scheduled up to three months in advance.
