The Pieters Family Life Center is offering flexible options to meet the health and wellness needs of our membership.

$15: Basic Individual: Access to fitness center, plus orientation to fitness equipment. * $25: Basic Couple (ages 65+): Access to fitness center, plus orientation to fitness equipment. * $50: Standard: Access to fitness center, group wellness con-sultation by wellness coordinator; suggested exercise plan, access to group exercise programs.

$100: Premium: One-to-one orientation and wellness assess-ment by staff, creation of individualized exercise/wellness plan, access to group exercise programs, a personal training session once a month, and water walking in the region’s only HydroWorx 2000 fitness/therapy pool.

Another membership option is a 10-punch pass for the fitness room that can be purchased for $20.

Locker Room Accommodations
We offer two locker room facilities: Women/Girls and Men/Boys. We also offer two Family/Special Needs changing rooms. The Family/Special Needs changing rooms are unisex changing areas for use by children, families and individuals with disabilities. Children older than age four that are accompa-nied by a parent of the opposite sex must use the Family/Special Needs room.

Every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of program and activity information. However, circumstances may require adjustments to fees, schedules or other aspects. The Pieters Family Life Center reserves the right to make such judgments.
