Heritage Christian Services (HCS) is a thriving human services agency that opened its first neighborhood home in 1984 and has flourished to support more than 1,500 children and adults with developmental disabilities in the Greater Rochester and Buffalo regions. It has been designated a Compass agency by the NYS Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities as a top provider of quality services.
