| At Heritage Christian Services, we offer a number of programs to support families who care for a loved one with developmental disabilities. It is our mission to provide meaningful living and working environments for individuals with special needs, and to provide the highest quality care.
Residential Program: Heritage Christian Services operates dozens of homes and apartments in Rochester and Buffalo, New York, which provide individuals with a loving environment that promotes self-determination, independence, productivity, integration and inclusion.
Day Habilitation Program: HCS Day Programs are service driven and provide many opportunities for community involvement. It is part of our mission to providing meaningful working environments.
Community Services: In addition to residential and day services, HCS provides much needed programs such as...
• Service Coordination: Connecting families to supportive services in their communities and strengthening advocacy efforts
• Respite: Temporary care programs including homes, an after-school program and a camp program.
Health Services: Heritage Christian Services also offers a wide array of health services to individuals, including speech, physical, occupational, dance, massage, art and music therapies.
