Join us for two years and in exchange, Heritage Christian Services will will provide the chance to benefit from a challenging curriculum of industry and business training, gain national credentials and receive career counseling - including the opportunity to network with others who started their careers at Heritage Christian Services and went on to work in fields such as neurology and social work.

We are hiring up to 150 people to work in our homes and day programs in the next 12 months.  Those employees will directly support the 1,400 children and adults served by Heritage Christian Services.

Already, Heritage Christian Services is one of the largest not-for-profits in the region, employing more than 1,300 people in Western New York with an operating budget of $50 million.  We are recognized for our innovative services for individuals with developmental disabilties and their families.
