At the Hollow, visitors have access to a variety of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, hiking, canoeing, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, and ice skating, depending on the weather. Bring a couple of your favorite VHS tapes in case the weather is bad, or rent some from the Screaming Eagle in Inlet. Both the Main House and Moose Lodge have satellite TV hookup.

Also, the Spiritual Center is the perfect place to hold devotional services, work on arts and crafts projects, or play cards and board games together.

Enchanted Forest/Water Safari is an amusement park in Old Forge, New York featuring water rides, park rides, and theme areas. Right next door to Enchanted Forest is Calypso's Cove, a fun center with go-karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, batting cages, a rock climbing wall, and arcade games. Closer to the Hollow, the village of Inlet has beaches, biking, canoeing, fishing, golfing, hiking, parks, shopping, tennis, and more.
